So yes, move back two weeks ago, March Hols! It seriously feels like a million years ago.
Light painting! The highlight of photog camp every year without fail. =D And yes, seriously, I want to do the sparklers thing with 6H soon! Been saying since forever. Tsk.So yep! Photog camp was on 12th to 13th March! I'm too lazy to describe the details so I'll just highlight some nice parts of the camp. =D
Bonding with the J2s! Haha! We had to try out the bonding games for the J1s so the J2s met up earlier on 12th and we played the games. Super funny lar. Xinxing is seriously the joke. Our pres!! =D But yep! Had fun with them. I like our batch even though we are small. I think small is really nice and cosy somehow. =)
The J1s this year are quite good! As in they are really enthu and quite on to do stuffs. And they are rather nice pple. That's good I guess! They were quite high during the bonding games! =D
Light Painting!!! Haha! That was the only photo I took for light painting. We had it at the hall first using LED lights. Super cool and fun lar. Forming all the words. =D We went over to the basketball court after that to use the sparklers. And as we cut across the field to go over, Christine, Jeshen, Clara, Frank and I looked up the sky and we saw stars. Haha! The way I said it sounds funny but yes, we saw stars and we stopped for awhile and we decided to just lie on the field and not go to the basketball court. HAHA! Bunch of slackers~ But we were really tired and seriously, the school field at night is super awesome!! Vanessa and Wenjie came running from the bball court and joined us. Haha! We are so awesome~ Lie there for super long and was avoiding getting caught by Mr Tay and Xinxing. Haha! Super joke lar. But yes, it was really nice lying there and just enjoying the breeze and the softness of the synthetic grass. Talked quite a lot and yes! It's really nice. Haha!
Next day, we wake up at 4.30am to catch the sunrise!! The J1s are super duper enthu lar! They woke up way earlier than us. Lol! So yes, a whole big bunch of us walked to Buona Vista MRT and caught the first train to Raffles Place! And there was a whole line of people with their cameras along the Fullerton area. Haha! Should have taken photo of it. It's seriously damn cool. =D But yes, the weather sucked and there wasn't any sunrise. There were quite a lot of clouds. But oh well, sunrise is really hard to catch. Next time!! I really want to go take sunrise when I can drive. It will be damn cool. =D
Amazing Race!! I was grouped with Vanessa, Jeshen and Tommy for the J2s! Caroline, Grace, Huiru and Claudia were the 4 J1s! And ya! This year's batch of J1s is really girls domination. Haha! Photog has become a girl's cca. The guys population of J1 and J2 combine is really pathetic. Quite joke.
We travelled from City Hall to Chinatown to Hort Park to Haw Par Villa to Little India to Vivo City and back to school! The route was seriously madness. Travelling until like mad. My group's J1s are damn cute. 'cause they wanted to complete their mission at Little India quickly so that they can move on, we just walked out of the MRT for a short while and they were done. Super joke. Haha! They are damn cute lar!
On the way back to school, all of us were super duper tired that we all fell into deep sleep for a short 10 minutes journey. Haha! We were that tired. =D
But yes! I really enjoyed this year's photog camp more than last year's. Maybe 'cause we are j2s already but yep! I'm glad that I'm in photog. Of all clubs, services and societies group, I think we are the coolest and most bonded! =D Yay! Proud of us. Haha! I mean yea, usually clubs cca aren't close and bonded, sports and performing arts will be 'cause they kinda suffered a lot together but for clubs to be bonded is quite hard. I really felt closer to some of the J2s aft this camp. Sad how we are only closer now but better late than never! We really didn't have much chance to bond so hopefully the next batch will be bonded as well!
